I was recently asked how to copy a shape created in PowerPoint into a Content Editor web part. To insert a clipart or shape that you have created such as a rectangle or oval, you need to first save it as a picture.

1.  In a blank PowerPoint slide, create and format the shape or clipart image.

2.  Right-click on the image, then select Save as Picture.

3.  Save the file as prompted.

Now you can upload the picture into a SharePoint picture library, then use the Insert Picture icon to insert it into a Content Editor or Image web part.
