Multi-View Incorporated Systems
Multi-View (MVI) builds hospice-specific financial
systems with automated flex budgets, cost engineering,
benchmarking, and other tools leveraged with deep
industry insight.
MVI needed a
secure way to share the extensive knowledge and best
practices they've learned from the hospices they serve
as well as provide ongoing training to their clients.

Discussion Forum
MVI has
utilized SharePoint to securely share their
knowledgeBase of over 1000 files, reports, presentations
and forms. The files are easily filtered by category or
can be 'keyword' searched. Clients love the quick access
they have to all the relevant information and if they
aren't able to find what they're looking for they can
post a request for "knowledge needed" in the company's
discussion forum (which immediately gets email to the
respective expert within the company) so it can be
answered and then posted to the site making it available
to all clients.
MVI prides
themselves on their training but found that they we're
continually repeating much of it. SharePoint allows
MVI's employees to post training modules and
presentations that their clients can access 24/7 365
days a year. |
